This messaging program is operated by Loggia LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (Michigan entity ID 900274676), which builds and operates the Loggia software platform at app.loggia.work. Loggia LLC is the sender of every message described in these terms; “Loggia” is the name of the product you sign in to. Throughout this page, “we” and “us” mean Loggia LLC.

Messages go to one group of people only: the owner of a Loggia account, on the mobile number they personally registered inside that account. We do not message the general public, we do not buy or import phone number lists, and we do not send messages to anyone who has not completed the verification described below.
Consent is given inside the Loggia application, by the account owner, in four steps:
A number that never completes step 4 receives nothing beyond that one verification code. There is no path in the product by which a phone number can be enrolled by anyone other than the person holding the phone.
Every message goes to the account owner, about their own workspace, and falls into one of three kinds: a verification code, a notification about that owner's workspace, or a prompt to confirm an action that will spend money. Below is one example of each, reproduced exactly as it arrives on the handset — not a paraphrase. They are examples rather than the complete list of notifications:
The enquiry alert carries the caller's phone number on its own line so the owner can tap it and return the call — that is the point of the alert. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this number, we send no offers on it, and we do not message your customers on your behalf through it.
Message frequency varies and is driven by your own activity — most messages are either a verification code you asked for, or a reply to something you texted us. Notifications are capped per workspace so a busy day cannot turn into a flood.
Loggia does not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Agreeing to receive text messages from Loggia is entirely optional. It is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Loggia, and it is not required to create, pay for, or use a Loggia account. You can sign up, subscribe and work in Loggia without ever giving us a mobile number, and you can remove your number at any time without losing access to anything you have paid for. Two honest caveats, stated rather than glossed. First, a few automated actions announce themselves by text before they run, and we will not run those unannounced, so they stay switched off until a number is verified. Second, a small number of features are driven entirely by your reply to a text — approving a referral request, or taking an appointment slot we offer you — and those have no other control surface, so they are unavailable without a verified number. Nothing is withheld as leverage; there is simply no way to ask you by text and hear back without one.
Your mobile number is used to send you the messages described here and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. It is handled under our Privacy Policy, alongside the rest of your account data. Removing your number in Settings deletes it from the messaging system.
