Effective date: August 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Loggia customer portal at app.loggia.work (the "Service"). Loggia is a service of Buzzed LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, 2222 W Grand River Ave, Ste A, Okemos, MI 48864 ("Loggia," "we," "us"). By creating an account, joining an organization, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.
Loggia provides a hosted platform for an organization's team to chat together in shared channels, bring an AI agent (powered by Anthropic's Claude models) into any conversation by mentioning it, start video meetings, and upload and search files. Every channel and its message history is visible to every member of your organization. Features, plans, and pricing are described on our website and are subject to change; material changes to a paid plan will be communicated in advance.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each organization has one or more admins responsible for managing team membership, invite codes, and agent configuration for that organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and, if enabled, your two-factor authentication device and backup codes — notify us promptly at support@loggia.work if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service uses a third-party large language model (Anthropic's Claude) to generate responses. AI-generated output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying any agent response before relying on it for a business, legal, financial, medical, or other consequential decision. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated content.
You and your organization retain ownership of the files you upload and the messages you send. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service (for example, sending it to Anthropic's API to generate a response, or indexing it for search) — we do not use it to train any AI model, and we do not sell it.
Paid plans, included usage, and overage pricing are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time; changes take effect for the next billing cycle at the earliest. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Service for your organization.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable unless a refund or service-credit program is expressly in effect for your account. We do not operate one by default, and no such program applies to your account unless we have offered it to you in writing. Where a program is in effect, the following govern it and control over any summary, receipt, or marketing description:
Nothing in this section limits any refund right you have under applicable law.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Anthropic (AI model access) and, if enabled, Slack (sign-in) and Daily.co (video meetings). Your use of those integrations is also subject to that provider's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services outside our control.
You may stop using the Service, or an organization admin may close the organization's account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the security or integrity of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzzed LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Where a service-credit program is in effect for your account, the credits described in Section 7a are the sole and exclusive remedy for the performance shortfalls they measure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in Ingham County, Michigan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do; material changes will be communicated to organization admins in advance where practical.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@loggia.work.
Program description. Loggia operates an SMS/text messaging program (the "Messaging Program") through which we send one-time verification codes and account and activity notifications to the business owner who registered their own mobile number in the Loggia app. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program, and we do not message our customers' customers through it.
Consent and enrollment. We only text account owners who have entered their own mobile number in the Loggia app and confirmed it by entering a one-time verification code we text to that number. We never purchase, rent, or import phone numbers. Any customer-facing messaging a business sends through Loggia runs under a separate, separately registered messaging program on a separate phone number.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and is driven by your own activity, typically 1–10 messages per week.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Loggia does not charge you for receiving these messages.
Opt-out and help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@loggia.work. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of mobile data. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, and are never sold. Text-messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with any third party except the messaging providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you requested. See our Privacy Policy for details.
