SMS opt-in — consent flow evidence

Last updated 4 September 2026

Why this page exists: Loggia's SMS opt-in happens inside a signed-in account, so it cannot be reached by anyone without login credentials. This page publishes the exact screens and the exact consent language a Loggia account owner sees, so the flow can be verified publicly.

Who operates this messaging program

This messaging program is operated by Loggia LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (Michigan entity ID 900274676), which builds and operates the Loggia software platform at app.loggia.work. Loggia LLC is the sender of every message described on this page; “Loggia” is the name of the product its account holders sign in to.

The program, in plain terms

Step 1 — Settings → “Text the agent”

The account owner signs in at app.loggia.work, opens Settings, and finds the “Text the agent” panel. They type their own mobile number and press “Send me a code”. Pressing that button is the affirmative consent action. There is no pre-checked box, and messaging consent is not bundled with acceptance of the account terms.

Register your mobile and you can text your Loggia number to set goals, check status and approve work — "get me 5 customers this week", "ads status", "STOP ADS". Your number has to prove it's yours first, so nobody else can drive your workspace by text.
By pressing "Send me a code" you agree to receive account and activity text messages from Loggia at the number you entered, including a one-time verification code. Message frequency varies and is driven by your own activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to use Loggia. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

Step 2 — confirm the code (double opt-in)

Loggia texts one 6-digit code to the number entered, valid for 15 minutes. The owner types that code back into Settings to confirm they control the phone. Only a number that completes this step receives any further message. There is no path by which anyone other than the person holding the phone can enrol a number.

This is a double opt-in: consent is captured on the web screen in Step 1, and then independently confirmed from the handset itself in Step 2. Loggia applies it to every number, without exception.

Declining costs you nothing

Consent is not a condition of purchase. An account owner can create an account, pay for it, and use Loggia without ever registering a mobile number, and everything they operate inside the app behaves the same either way. Two consequences are worth stating plainly rather than glossing. A few automated actions announce themselves by text before they run, and Loggia will not run those unannounced, so they stay switched off until a number is verified. And a small number of features are driven entirely by the owner's reply to a text — approving a referral request, or taking an appointment slot Loggia offers — which have no other control surface, so they are unavailable without a verified number. Nothing is withheld as leverage; there is simply no way to ask by text and hear back from a workspace with no number. An account owner who never opts in, or who later replies STOP or removes their number in Settings, keeps full use of the product. Numbers are never purchased, rented, imported, or shared with third parties.
