FIG. 01 — INTERACTIVE ATTENDANT, WIREFRAME STUDY
STATUS: IDLE
Meet Alice — your agent, by voice

Say it out loud,
Alice builds the ad.

Talk to Alice, or text her. She writes the campaign, makes the photo, and — once you say yes — uploads it to Facebook and Instagram.

TALK

Just say what you want

Tap the mic and talk, or text her from your phone — “more kitchen remodels in Tucson, forty dollars a day.” Plain words, the way you'd brief an employee. No ad manager, no keyword research, no forms to fill in.

DESIGNS

Copy and photo, done

Headline, body, budget, geography and an original photo — drafted in minutes.

ANSWERS

She works the leads

Every enquiry the ad brings in gets answered in seconds, day or night. She keeps following up on a capped cadence until they reply or ask her to stop — and hands you the thread the moment someone asks for a human.

When someone asks AI for
"the best [your trade] near me" — are you named?

People ask AI for recommendations now. It can only name businesses it can read — and most small business sites are invisible to it.

Mission & policies
Close ✕

Software promised to save small businesses time, then handed them eleven dashboards. Our mission is to give every owner one accountable agent that does the work, shows its receipts, and answers to a human — you.

AI autonomy policy — you choose the leash
Every autonomous behavior in Loggia is off by default and switched on per-feature by you. Autopilot answers leads without waiting only where you enable it, respects quiet hours, and logs every send. Anything that spends money or commits you — ads, budgets, campaigns — is drafted by AI and executed only after human approval. One kill switch refuses every send, spend and write at once. Two things keep working while it is on, deliberately: reading, so you can still ask what happened, and the controls that stop more — pausing a campaign, revoking a permission.
Data ownership — yours, in both directions
Your contacts, conversations and job history belong to you. Every organization is isolated at the database layer and every request re-checks your membership. Import by CSV; export your contacts by CSV, filtered however you like, 1,000 at a time; and take your workspace record — members, channels, internal messages and a file index — as a JSON export. Any time, no exit fee. Anything else you want out, email support@loggia.work and we get it out for you. We never sell data, never train public models on it, and never share it between businesses.
Spend safety — caps in code, not policy
Ad spend caps are enforced by the software, not by a promise. Cards and bank details never touch our servers — payment runs through Stripe-hosted pages. Budgets can't be raised by the AI on its own. A person approves each raise — or, if you switch on a standing budget grant, each planned raise is texted to you 24 hours ahead, stays inside the monthly cap you set, and runs unless you veto it.
Honest marketing — no invented reviews, no guaranteed rankings
Nobody can buy a placement inside ChatGPT, and anyone promising guaranteed AI rankings is selling certainty they don't have. What we do is make your business legible and citable to answer engines — the same way SEO made sites legible to Google. We publish real capabilities and real prices, and we write comparison sections (like the one above) we'd be comfortable having our competitors read.
Audit & accountability — receipts for everything
Every AI action is written down as it happens — drafts, sends, approvals, denials, spend — in a log your admins can read and export. In Agent Studio, receipts are hash-chained so history can't be quietly rewritten, and you can verify the chain yourself with one click. If our agent did it, you can see it, date-stamped.
Pricing

One price. Everything.

One question before the number: do you pay an agency a monthly ad-management fee, separate from the spend? Or a service to answer your phone, or a person to set your appointments? If you pay for none of those, Loggia is a new line on your bill rather than a smaller one — better said here than on the call.

How it works
01

Advertise

Ask for campaigns like you'd ask a person. Claude drafts audiences, headlines and budgets, then waits for your sign-off. Money never moves without you.

02

Answer

Switch on Autopilot and Alice answers a new lead in seconds — with your opening message, the moment your quiet hours allow. Off by default, every send logged.

03

Book

Alice keeps following up — politely, on a capped cadence — and hands the thread to you the moment anyone asks about price or wants a human. Texts and calls end up in the CRM; summaries on demand.

What those jobs cost at their list prices

Every row is a real vendor's published price for that one job — PATLive, Ruby, MyOutDesk, Hook Agency, Structurely — not our estimate of its worth. Prices are what those vendors listed when we checked; verify any of them yourself.

The job you already pay forTheir list priceWho charges that
A human answering service$349–$1,725/moPATLive $349 for 200 minutes; Ruby $1,725 for 500. 900 human minutes runs $1,499+ on PATLive's own card
An appointment setter or ISA$555–$4,203/mo$555 offshore; MyOutDesk $1,988 outsourced; $4,203 for a US setter on payroll, fully loaded
Ad management$500–$2,500/moAgency retainers — Hook Agency lists PPC from $2,000/mo and Meta from $3,000/mo — or 10–20% of your ad spend
Setup fees and lock-in$2,000–$2,500 onceStructurely's setup fee, on an annual contract; BoomTown $750–$1,700; Sierra $500
Any two of those$904–$5,928/mothe cheapest pair, and the dearest pair
Loggia does all four$799/moflat · month to month · $0 setup

Pay for any two of those today? That is $904–$5,928 a month at their own list prices, and Loggia is $799, flat. Pay for none of them and Loggia is a raise rather than a saving — we would rather you knew that now.

What stays yours: your CRM — we write into it, we do not replace it · your field-service software · your quoting tools · your ad budget, on your own card at your own cap. It goes straight from you to Meta and we take no percentage; an agency charging 15% of a $6,000 budget adds $900/mo on top of its retainer. We add nothing.

Questions, answered

How is Loggia different from GoHighLevel?

GoHighLevel is a mature platform built first for agencies reselling to many clients — funnels, snapshots and workflows you assemble. Loggia is built for the owner: one agent that does the front-office work itself, approval-gated where it matters, flat-priced per business. Full comparison is in the Compare section above.

Does the AI act on its own?

Only where you switch it on. Autopilot is the one part that messages customers without waiting for you — because a reply that needs approval isn't a fast reply, and speed is the whole point. It ships off. You write the opening message yourself, set quiet hours, and one switch pauses everything. Nothing else in Loggia sends, spends or publishes without your sign-off, and every automatic action lands in your audit log.

What powers the agent?

Claude, by Anthropic — with per-organization usage quotas and a full audit trail of every AI action.

Is my data shared between businesses?

Never. Every organization is isolated at the database layer, and every request re-checks your membership.

What is ChatGPT Boost?

We audit your website for the structured data, crawler access and question-shaped content answer engines use when deciding which businesses to name, then Claude writes the fixes for you to approve. Nobody can buy a placement inside ChatGPT — what this does is make your site readable to it, which is the part you can control. Included in the $799 price at no extra cost.

What is Loggia Linked?

A creator studio in the same account family: upload one vertical video, publish to six platforms through their official APIs, and get a bio page that updates itself. Platform posting is in a labelled demo mode until TikTok, Google and Meta approve it.

What does it cost?

$799/mo, flat, everything included — there is only one plan, month to month, $0 setup. The AI drafts your ads, answers leads in seconds, books appointments and recalls ad leads, and you approve; text a goal and the agent runs the month. Alice the voice agent comes with 1,500 voice minutes a month and is $0.25 a minute after that, plus standing permission for CRM updates, ad drafts and photo work so she stops asking each time — revocable in one word — inside a hard-capped spend envelope. ChatGPT Boost AI-visibility audits are built in. The voice receptionist is included. No seats, no % of ad spend, no annual contract. The one free thing in the family is Loggia Linked’s trial: connect your social profiles and watch your analytics at no cost.

Who is Loggia not for?

Owners who answer their own phone, set their own appointments and run their own ads. For them Loggia is a new $799 line on the bill rather than a replacement for anything, and we would rather say so before the call than after. The arithmetic works where a human is already on the invoice — an answering service, a setter or ISA, or an agency retainer for ad management. That is the row above, and it is why the question at the top of this section is the first thing on the page.

How soon does it actually work?

In three stages, because the carriers control two of them. Hour one: forward your line and Alice answers calls, books, writes the CRM and drafts ads. Then texting from a Loggia local number, which takes about a business day for the carrier to enable — a shop that publishes the owner's own mobile keeps it and texts from the Loggia number instead, because mobile numbers cannot be text-enabled by a second provider. Then automated outbound texting, which waits on carrier 10DLC vetting: typically 1 to 3 weeks, and nobody can speed it up. Loggia files and pays for that registration on day one. We do not promise everything on day two.

What happens when I cancel?

You cancel yourself in the billing portal — no phone call, no retention queue, no notice period, no exit fee, no buyout of a remaining term. Access runs to the end of the month you have already paid for and then stops. Your contacts export by CSV, 1,000 rows per file, and your workspace record exports as JSON, at any time, before or after; email support@loggia.work for anything else you need out. The exit is on the pricing page because a company confident in the product does not need to trap you in it.

How Loggia compares
Close ✕
Compare to others

The tools everyone recommends — and why owners still switch.

We put Loggia next to the three most-recommended options for a small service business. Each is genuinely good at what it was built for — we’d be comfortable having their teams read this. Here’s where Loggia is simply a different machine.

Loggia vs HubSpot

HubSpot is the cleanest, best-loved general CRM — a genuinely useful free tier and enormous depth once you grow a team around it.

HubSpot organizes the work. Loggia does it.

HubSpot is a superb system of record, but it waits for you — or a marketer you hire — to build the workflows, write the emails and actually work the leads. Loggia’s agent writes the ads, answers the lead in seconds, chases the quiet ones and books the calendar itself; the CRM is just where the results land. One is a filing cabinet you fill; the other is an employee that shows up.

Flat price, not seat-and-contact math.

HubSpot starts free, but the automation that matters lives in paid seats and hubs — roughly $20/seat/mo at Starter, and Marketing Hub Professional around $890/mo plus a one-time onboarding fee, climbing with every seat and contact tier. Loggia is one flat price per business — $799, month to month with $0 setup, and it does not climb with seats or contacts.

Running your front office in the first hour.

HubSpot rewards teams with time to configure it. Loggia is answering your line the hour you forward it — no funnel builder, no workflow canvas, no onboarding invoice. Texting and automated outbound follow at the carriers’ pace, and we say which is which.

PricingFlat per businessPer seat + hub, scales with contacts

The fair verdict: if you have a marketing team and want the most powerful CRM to build on, HubSpot is a superb foundation. If you’re the owner and you want leads answered and booked without assembling the machine yourself — that’s Loggia.

Loggia vs GoHighLevel

The best-value all-in-one for agencies and local marketing — CRM, funnels, SMS/email, booking and reputation at a flat $97–$497/mo with unlimited contacts and users.

One agent — not eleven dashboards.

GoHighLevel hands you funnels, workflows, snapshots and settings to assemble and maintain. Loggia hands you one agent to talk to: you say what you want, Claude drafts it, and the CRM, sequences, booking and ads are simply where the work lands.

AI is the product, not a bolt-on — and it’s built for the owner.

In GHL, AI is a feature inside the builder and the platform is built first for agencies reselling to many client accounts. In Loggia, AI is the product — it writes ads, answers leads in seconds, chases quiet threads and books the calendar — and it’s built for the owner running one business. (Agencies can white-label Loggia too; owners are just the center of gravity.)

Safety you can see.

Anywhere money moves or a customer is touched, the agent proposes and a human approves, and a single kill switch refuses every autonomous action at once — ads, follow-ups, texts, the phone agent. Turning it back off lifts the refusal; anything you paused while it was on stays paused until you say otherwise.

The fair verdict: if you’re an agency that wants to assemble and resell software to dozens of clients, GoHighLevel is a mature choice built exactly for that. If you’re the owner and you want the work done — answered, followed up, booked — while you keep the approval button, that’s Loggia.

Loggia vs Jobber

Purpose-built for running scheduled jobs — quoting, scheduling, dispatch and invoicing — and beloved by HVAC, roofing, landscaping and cleaning crews.

Jobber runs the job. Loggia wins it.

Jobber is excellent after a customer says yes — the quote, the schedule, the crew, the invoice. Loggia is the part before that: the ad that finds them, the reply in seconds, and the follow-up that keeps “just checking prices” from going cold. Different half of the business entirely.

An AI receptionist, not a request form.

Jobber captures job requests; Loggia answers them — 24/7, from your own documents — and hands the thread straight to you the moment anyone wants a human or asks about price. Marketing, lead response, sequences, booking and attribution live in one agent, with the same approval-gated, kill-switch safety.

Most owners run both.

This isn’t either/or: point Loggia at the front of the business — the answering, the chasing, the booking — and let Jobber run the work it books. They meet at the booked appointment, and Loggia writes into Jobber rather than replacing it.

Where the value isLoggiaJobber

Runs the job (ops)Booking + CRM; pair with your toolsYes — schedule, dispatch, invoice
Answers new leads 24/7Yes — AI receptionistRequest forms; you respond
AI is the coreYesLimited

The fair verdict: if your problem is scheduling and invoicing the jobs you already have, Jobber is purpose-built and hard to beat. If your problem is getting more of those jobs — found, answered and booked — that’s Loggia.

Hire the agent.
Keep the kill switch.
