What are we working on?

I can draft ad campaigns, work through your pipeline, and answer questions about this workspace. I draft — you approve. Nothing is created or sent without you.

The agent proposes; you approve. It can't launch ads, send email, or move money.

What this page is, and what it isn't

A tracking and planning layer for campaigns your team or agent is running — not a live connection to Google, Meta, or LinkedIn's ad platforms. Actual spend still happens in those platforms directly.

Speed to lead

The moment a lead arrives — form, booking, or ad — they get a text back. Replying in minutes instead of hours is the single biggest lever on whether a lead books.

Message & delivery
AI appointment setter

When they text back, Claude answers using your uploaded documents and works toward a booking. It hands the thread to you the moment anyone asks about price, complains, asks for a person, or it isn't confident.

Handed-off conversations arrive as a task, so nothing goes unanswered.
The rest of the loop
Recall timing
Wait days, up to text(s), one per wait
One text, one week after they first reached out — anyone whose lead came from an ad and who never booked. Skips everyone who booked, unsubscribed, or was texted in the last day.
Lapse window
Expect customers back within days of their last visit
Nothing sends by itself: a customer who slips past their window produces a drafted win-back in your approval queue (or a task when no outreach tool is published) — you read it, then send or dismiss. Customers with 3+ visits are measured against their own rhythm instead of this number. Med spas usually sit near 120, HVAC near 210.
Guardrails
Quiet hours & limits
Never text between :00 and :00 in
One automatic message per person per 24 hours. Unsubscribes always honored. Every automatic send is written to your audit log.
Leads in your pocket

The moment a lead lands you get a text — who, where from, what they said, and whether they've already heard back from you. Bookings too.

Delivery preferences
Leads don't wait for business hours. Quiet hours protect your customers from being texted at night — this setting is about you. Default: alerts reach you whenever a lead lands.
At most alert texts a day — a burst collapses into one rollup

Can ChatGPT read your website?

When people ask AI "who's the best [your trade] near me?", it only names businesses it can read about. Type your website below and we'll check it, give you a score out of 100, and write the fixes. Honest note: nobody can buy a ChatGPT ranking — this makes your site readable to AI, which is the part you can control.

Find leads

Pick one trade and the states to search. Everything found is added to your lead list; anything already in there is counted as a duplicate rather than written twice.

0 of 10 selected
Up to 10 states in one run.
Narrows the search inside the states you picked. Leave blank for the whole state.
About 99% of listings have a phone; roughly 4 in 10 have an email.

Area codes & the National Do Not Call Registry

The National Do Not Call Registry is a list people put themselves on in advance — nothing about a phone number tells you whether it is on it. Access costs $82 per area code per year, and the first five area codes are free; every US area code together is $22,626 a year.

This table is a ledger you keep by hand. Loggia does not buy registry access and does not check the registry, so marking an area code covered here scrubs nothing — it records what you have purchased, so you can see which area codes you are covered to call from. Nothing in Loggia dials anyone today; this list is for reference.

Waiting for your approval

Anything an agent proposes that changes data or reaches a customer stops here. The message you see is the message that sends, byte for byte.

Nothing pending.

Your tools

Publish custom tools that external AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, or your own) can discover and call over MCP. Anything that changes data waits for a human before it runs.

Install from catalog

Ready-made tools with sensible defaults. Installing publishes immediately; writes still queue for your approval.

Receipts

Every tool change, agent call and approval decision, hash-chained so history can't be quietly edited.
